We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
If the product was damaged on arrival, send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it. We will confirm the issue and remake it. For Crystals, you will be required to send the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund your order less a 25% customization fee and require the item(s) to be sent back to us within 30 days. We are unable to restock your item and therefore the customization fee covers a partial amount of the raw material incurred.
If you have a change of mind, request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
Shipping to all U.S. Destinations are free! So don’t worry, during the checkout process you will only see an option for FREE Shipping. For our friends to the North in Canada we charge a flat $7.50 fee for shipping. We do not ship outside of the U.S and Canada, sorry rest of the world, we will get to you later:)

2020 – Holiday Shipping and USPS Notice
USPS Notice – We have been informed that the USPS currently has a 3 week backlog and many packages are being delayed. All of our free shipping utilizes the USPS so please be aware that shipping times could be 2-3 weeks if you utilize our free shipping. We apologize for any inconvience.
Holiday Shipping – We highly recommend that you select Express shipping if you purchase in the month of December for holiday gifts. We send Express packages either UPS or FEDEX using 2 to 3 day Ground.
