We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.
If the product was damaged on arrival, send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it. We will confirm the issue and remake it.
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund your order less a 25% customization fee and require the item(s) to be sent back to us within 30 days. We are unable to restock your item and therefore the customization fee covers a partial amount of the raw material incurred.
If you have a change of mind, request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
Standard Shipping Policy
Shipping to all U.S. Destinations is free for most of our lenticular products, but not all, the cart page you will be given relevant shipping options. We do also ship to Canada where we offer USPS to Canada Post and Fedex International options.
Note that our ship by date is when we ship the product, not when you can expect it to be delivered. Shipping inside of the US will typically take 2-5 days depending on which shipping option you select. We ship from Pennsylvania so the number of days will depend on your location. Note that shipping can take longer than noted depending on USPS or Fedex current shipping loads. Please see the shippers website for tracking once you receive our automated email with your tracking number.
